Renewals Consultant – West Byfleet

The ideal candidate;
• Would have been a renewals coordinator for a minimum of 12 months
• Can confidently deal with tenancy related queries or where necessary redirect these to the relevant department/person
• Would demonstrate a willingness to help out with projects and administration duties
• Has gone above and beyond their core responsibilities to meet the needs to the business
• Able to work autonomously with little/no instruction
• Shares their expertise by assisting with new starter training, continues to coach other members of the team and acts as a mentor
• Is proactive in identifying issues and shares ideas that will increase efficiency and productivity as well as improving the business.
• Confident and knowledgeable in using all software – training on Veco/DocuSign will be provided if required
• Able to adapt quickly to new business acquisitions, to learn the needs of that acquisition, as well as self-learning for any required new software
• Is confident in up grading client services and ensure they hit their personal targets as assists with team targets. Motivates other team members to achieve their targets
• Is confident in selling other associated products or companies to clients and ensure they hit their personal targets
• Is confident with fee chasing and producing chase letters for outstanding/aged debt.
• Is able to/confident in checking the system for monies received in to the department
• Is confident in producing the weekly stats report for directors
• To assist in spot checking files on an ad hoc basis
• Able to assist with trailing new processes within the business
• Providing move in manager cover in absences of move in managers
• Always providing feedback on processes to assist in streamlining and being efficient
• Managing department relationship internally and externally e.g.s accounts departments, contractors
