We are currently recruiting for a Lettings & Sales Administrator to cover a maternity role for up to one year, starting in mid August, working 4 days a week in Wimbledonand 1 day a week in Morden
The role pays up to £27,000 dependent on the individuals experience, ideally looking for someone with a minimum of two / three years experience working for a busy estate agency office.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, with 20 days holiday, closed all bank holidays and a few extra days at Christmas.
You will be working alongside a part-time Lettings administrator and supporting a busy lettings team of four at Wimbledon, while working on a Wednesday in Morden supporting a Sales team of three.
The Lettings Admin role will involve progressing all tenancy paperwork up until move in date. Ensuring we have signed terms and conditions, gas safety certificates from our landlords, inserting details into template contracts and adding any special clauses, issuing section 21’s (via a template on the database) and general correspondence between landlords and tenants.
The Sales admin support is straight forward, producing valuation letters, offer letters, property details, touting and window cards.
Database training will be given on Vebra Alto and Veco and a handover period of two weeks with the current administrator before she goes on maternity leave.
