Many candidates forget that interviewing for choice positions is a “full contact sport” – only one person will win the job, beating any number of other applicants to “the prize”!

But what most candidates never understand is that, even with the help of the profession’s top recruitment specialists, they will have a limited number of opportunities in which to secure their chosen role. Interviews are precious and should not be wasted.

The PPR “Sales Negotiator Workshop” is conducted in small, intimate groups by an Area Manager from one of the Country’s top Estate Agency firms with close to 25 years industry experience. During that time, he has interviewed thousands of potential job applicants, recruiting hundreds of people into the business.

The first half of the course deals with basic interview technique, with helpful hints on dress, personal presentation, how to deal with nerves, getting positive results from standard questions and a useful section on “What not to say”!

The second half of the course deals with what Estate Agents actually do for a living, what they “sell” and, importantly, how to be a top selling negotiator! Our Trainer comments:

I believe that, if you want to be a successful negotiator, it helps to come into the business with a clear focus, and armed with the knowledge of what we sell and how to sell it.
